Cleveland Cavaliers Power Forward Evan Mobley is putting together a great regular season. He is averaging 18.5 points per game, 9.1 rebounds, 1.5 blocks per game, and 1.1 made threes per game. That season puts him in elite company.
Mobley is the first Cleveland Cavaliers player to average at least a block and one made three-pointer per game since LeBron James did so during the 2009-10 regular season. Will Mobley be able to keep up his historic pace as the Cavaliers look to keep pace in the Eastern Conference?

It was a historic first half of the regular season for the Cavaliers. They are 44-10 and atop the Eastern Conference. Their offense has been tremendous this season. They are second in points per game, second in field goal percentage, and leading the league in three-point percentage. Cleveland is also one of the best teams in the league at limiting their turnovers.
Cleveland’s defense has also been strong. They are 11th in opposing points per game, sixth in opposing field goal percentage, and 20th in opposing three-point percentage. A great offense coupled with a solid defense gives Cleveland the second-best point differential in the NBA.
Final Thoughts
Mobley and the Cavaliers begin the second half of the regular season on the road against the Brooklyn Nets. Cleveland had a great first half of the regular season, as did Mobley. They will both look to keep it going over the final 30 games of the regular season.
