Brendan Loughnane Secures Million

Brendan Loughnane is a 2022 PFL Champion, who has been proven to be a problem for everyone in his division. He fought against Kai Kamaka in PFL 9. He is a 34-year-old PFL fighter who has fought 35 professional fights in his whole career and shockingly. he has dominated 30 of them and only lost five.

So Brendan Loughnane going towards the big fights is no big deal. While on the other side, Kai Kamaka has fought 21 fights but has won 14 of them and lost six fights and one of the fights was a draw. Brendan Loughnane, the No. 1 ranked featherweight fighter, after this year’s regular season, had Kamaka, the No. 4 ranked fighter, practically knocked out in the first round. He stunned the UFC veteran with a spinning back kick to the body and put him down with punches and knees. Kamaka endured for the last round and even came back more aggressive, and made the last two rounds pretty close by instigating and countering Loughnane’s attacks. Nevertheless, due to Kamaka’s effort, Brendan Loughnane’s exhausting spinning movement and long jabs gave him the closely contested split decision victory. In the end, the scores were 29-28, 28-29, and 30-27.

Timur Khizriev in $1 Million Event

Both fighters were very aggressive in the fight, but it was seen that Khizriev threw more punches and dominated Braga for the entire round of 15 minutes.

Khizriev won the fight with scores of 30-27 from judges Bryan Miner and Rick Winter, while Braga received a 29-28 score from the only dissenting judge David Tirelli who was the only judge who had this score in this fight.  The $1 million finals are scheduled for July 24: Umalatov vs Shamil Musaev, a fellow Russian.
