The Bloodline and Street Profits had a very interesting match at WWE SmackDown on Friday night. The DIY was expected to break down and leave ‘Street Profits’ alone in the ring against Solo Sikoa and his team but that didn’t happen. Street Profits and DIY fought against the Bloodline side by side. Cody Rhodes made an interface first and after that, Sikoa entered the arena alone and had a conversation with Cody Rhodes. Their conversation resulted in a big announcement at the end of the match.
Cody Rhodes Trying to Destroy Bloodline
Cody said he once faced a wild athlete rivaling the tribal chief but was quick to state that he never referred to Solo; he meant Jacob Fatu. Cody challenged Fatu, and the latter climbed onto the ring apron. Solo looked at him, and without flinching, Fatu told him he loved him. Cody then said to Solo that he is getting better daily, and though the Bloodline revolves around him at the moment, the WWE Title counts.
Cody told Solo that he would have the chance of clinching the title one day but not be against him. Solo said that Cody was trying to create a wedge between him and his ‘Bloodline’ Members, but he wouldn’t allow it. He accepted Cody’s challenge to fight him the following week, to which he responded, “If you want me, I’m ready. ”
Bloodline’s Win Against Rivals
DIY and Street Profits made an unexpected entry. They were dominating the Bloodline very badly and there was no chance for ‘The Bloodline’ to overcome those hits. Dawkins then moved up and hit Solo with a side slam and went for the pin and almost got the pin. Ciampa tagged back in, but he was kicked out again. Solo wanted Tonga to overcome the situation, but everyone got involved by then.
Both Tama Tonga and Ciampa were battling against each other. They somehow climbed to the top ropes, where Ciampa suplexed Tama Tonga onto the group of wrestlers outside the ring, leaving everyone down. Ford brought Ciampa back into the ring for a tag, then hit a 450 splash on Tama Tonga. Jacob Fatu broke it up before he could get the pin and took out everyone. He hit Montez Ford and managed to put him to sleep. The ‘Tribal Chief’ was in the ring again, and he delivered two Samoan Spikes to Ford, who pinned him for the win. The Bloodline won the match, and it was a great victory against massive rivals.
Possible Future
Dealing with DIY and Street Profits was a massive achievement for the Solo Sikoa version of the ‘Bloodline,’ but there are greater chances for Cody Rhodes and Reings to team up and defeat Sikoa in the upcoming big event. As a result, Rhodes will be able to retain his title, and Roman Reigns will be able to get his ‘Ula Fala’ to be the Tribal Chief again.
