Baltimore(12-5) had a strong regular season and is the AFC’s No.3 seed heading into the NFL Playoffs. The Ravens were led by their offense during the regular season. They led the league in yards per game and were third in points per game. Quarterback Lamar Jackson and Running Back Derrick Henry had MVP-caliber seasons to propel the Baltimore Ravens offense this year. Even though Jackson is not projected to win the MVP, he still had arguably the best season of his career.
The Ravens defense struggled to begin the regular season, but they rounded into form down the homestretch of the regular season. They were 10th in yards allowed and 9th in points. Baltimore’s defense is playing better at exactly the right time.
