Pakistan’s leading batsman, Babar Azam; top wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan; and bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi are still waiting for No Objection Certificates (NOC) from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The PCB has not yet given the NOC to the above players.
Without the NOC, they can not play in the Global T20 League The PCB issued NOCs to 12 players in various leagues on Tuesday but the trio who fall under the top category of central contracts have yet to be cleared.
PCB Concerns Over the Global T20 League
However, 12 players have the NOC to play in various leagues. However, the top players of the Pakistan cricket team have not issued the NOC. PCB said that they are not comfortable sending the player to this league. They have some issues with the organizations. Due to some other issues, they have not allowed the NOC to be given to the three players. These three players are still waiting for their NOCs.
PCB Official said:
The PCB is not comfortable with the standing of Global League and has asked some information from organizers and ICC, that is why NOCs issuance has been delayed.
The global T20 Canada League will run from July 25th to August 11th, while Pakistan’s Test series against Bangladesh at home should begin around August 19th. This is the schedule for the global T20 Canada and the upcoming series against Bangladesh.

Mohammad Haris, Mohammad Hasnain, Salman Ali Agha, and Shadab Khan: Sri Lanka Premier League (ongoing until July 21)
Usama Mir’s: The Hundred (July 23 to August 20)

Babar Azam is waiting for NOC
As for the USA Major League, Abrar Ahmed, Haris Rauf, and Zaman Khan are included. PCB has given the NOC to these players to play for the league. This league will be between July 4 and 28. They have NOC they can easily go to play those leagues. Babar Azam has not received NOC from PCB.
For the Sri Lanka Premier League, Mohammad Hasnain, Salman Ali Agha, and Shadab Khan are included. Also, this league has started, and all these players have NOCs to play in those leagues, but we can see that PCB has not issued the NOC to these top players, including Pakistan’s leading batsman, Babar Azam; top wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan; and bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi.
The Lanka Premier League has already begun with Shadab Khan, Salman Ali Agha and Mohammad Hasnain playing there. these players are already engaged with this league. However, it was a bit of a shock when the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) did not give the green light to Saim Ayub and Azam Khan for the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
In the end, the top players are waiting for their NOC. Meanwhile, without this NOC, they can not go to play the league. PCB has an issue with this organization; that’s why they are not allowed to give NOC to the top players. So let’s see when the PCB will issue the NOC to these top players
