Alejandro Garnacho, the Manchester United winger, has eyes to play for Real Madrid in the future. The winger participated in the 4-3 win against Liverpool and made an impressive assist to Diallo to seal the win last Sunday. According to TYC Sport, Garnacho has not yet left Manchester United and has signed to play for the club until 2028. However, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez wants to meet with the young player next month.
It’s A Dream To Play For Real Madrid
Alejandro Garnacho was born in Madrid and appeared to play for Getafe before shifting to Atletico Madrid and then to Manchester United. The Argentina player, however, has dreams of playing for Real Madrid in the future, but not now. Florentina Perez has been impressed by the Manchester United winger, and mutual talks are on the way. Perez is set to talk to Garnacho when Real Madrid will be traveling to Manchester City next month in the UEFA Champions Quarter clash.
Alejandro, who is currently preparing for the friendlies with Argentina, has been performing impressively this season. He made 38 appearances, scoring seven goals and providing four assists on all his plays. “Alejandro Garnacho’s dream as a player is to play for Real Madrid. Not now, but he has made it clear that he wants to play for Real Madrid at some point in his career,” claims journalist Gaston Edul.
The youngster is Manchester United’s most vital player now and in the future. The 2023–24 season has seen impressive performances by the youngster, appearing in the first squad in all United games. He has been a great player for United, scoring goals of the month against Everton at Old Trafford. Garnacho made his debut against Liverpool after providing the winning goal assist to Amad Diallo on Sunday evening.
The 23–24 season saw the winger shift positions in recent matches. However, Erik Ten Hag reported this saying: “With Garnacho on the right, you get a right-footer, a different type of player who can go inside but also go outside. We want those dynamics with swapping positions and combinations, getting in behind, bringing it out of the triangles, and, from there, serving our strikers.”
Perez Mission
Alejandro is a Cristiano Ronaldo fan; the winger has portrayed various CR7 celebrations. Perez wants to meet the United winger and the Argentina player to repeat the same tactics he used to acquire Ronaldo back in 2009. Perez has been watching Alejandro Garnacho play and is currently on the hunt to sign the Argentina player.
Alejandro Garnacho has been a spark for Erik ten Hag this season. Manchester United will be facing Brentford on March 30 after the international break. Garnacho will also be playing for Argentina against Costa Rica and El Salvador in the friendlies.
