Gary Kirsten’s Scathing Critique

Shahzad since then began tweeting on social media ‘X’ (previously Twitter), saying that if these words by Gary Kirsten are true, then there are several people who deserve severe punishment.
If there is any truth in what Gary Kirsten said to his team, then it is not surprising at all. This has been our message all along; we said throughout the World Cup that what this team needs is a crackdown. Grouping and crackdown are the solutions. The players involved should be dealt with severely to serve as a warning to the other players to make sure they do things right. The PCB chairman must take notice,” remarked Shahzad.
Reports from Geosuper TV also portrayed Gary Kirsten as unhappy with players’ fitness and their skills, noting that the fitness and ability of these players were lacking as compared to players of international quality. This has further compounded the existing pressures placed on the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for these important problems.
Players’ London Trip Sparks Outrage
Following their early leave, Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam, alongside Mohammad Amir, Imad Wasim, Haris Rauf, Shadab Khan, and Azam Khan, decided to Spend the time in London before getting back to Pakistan.
