Professional Boxer Ryan Garcia

Professional boxer Ryan Garcia is going viral while people are claiming he predicted his downfall on X. However, there is no concrete proof of the tweet.

June 8 was one for the books, but it wasn’t a fight in the ring that Garcia was anticipating to face. Instead, he is facing a felony charge and a hefty fine of up to $50,000. The 25-year-old might also be facing a public intoxication charge.

Around 5:15 P.M., police responded to a call about an intoxicated person at the hotel on 9850 Wilshire Blvd. Garcia was arrested for felony vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Beverly Hills. He was a guest of the hotel at the time of the incident.

He is accused of causing over $15,000 in damages to a guest room and the hallway of the hotel. Property damages over $400 are considered a felony with up to 3 years of jail time.

Mental Health May Play A Role

It comes as no surprise that Garcia has been dealing with his mental health issues. Garcia has been an advocate for mental health amongst other issues. The boxer also has been vocal about his struggles with OCD, anxiety, and depression over the years.

Although Garcia was a well-known name due to his undefeated professional career and bright future ahead in boxing, his name has been publicized more because of his erratic behavior. He has been making news outside of boxing due to his claims that his throat was slit, linking Hollywood elites to a satanic suicide cult and allegations of drug use, and so on.

Garcia’s attorney, Darin Chavez, told ESPN regarding the vandalism, the arrest, and the struggles Garcia has been facing. As of recently, the boxer has been struggling with difficult news about his mother’s health whilst dealing with his mental health problems.

After the arrest, Garcia was transported to a local hospital to receive medical care. He was also posting troubling tweets on X once he had access to his phone and referenced what was occurring at the hospital in a tweet.

On top of Garcia’s mental health problems, his mother announced she was diagnosed with breast cancer on Instagram last week. Garcia’s publicist, Sarah Fink, gave a statement today from the boxer that speaks of the stress he has been dealing with.

Y‘all know I’ve been dealing with incredible stress, pressure, and now the devastating news of my mom’s health,Garcia said in the statement issued by Fink.

Fink would not provide Garcia’s whereabouts or the name of the hospital Garcia was transported to after the incident. However, Garcia posted a tweet about theweird hospitalhe was at and how they were trying to give him medicine and hold him for an unknown amount of time.

This comes at the same time Garcia is facing a possible suspension after testing positive for the banned substance Ostarine. Garcia denied ever using the steroid and called itfake newson X.

Some fans have called Garcia a modern-day prophet while others are calling him crazy and disproving him after he has continually tweeted out predictions. Although Garcia himself has said “99 percent of what I’m doing is trolling” and is known for his controversial opinions and posts, who knows if the boxer believes in what he is claiming on social media?

The boxer claimed he would be killed on April 12. He also claimed an earthquake would occur on June 6 in Las Vegas and California which had an uproar of people disproving him. In a post on social media, he also predicted being murdered in prison in a video, amongst other predictions. Previously, people claimed Garcia predicted the Baltimore bridge collapsing but Mirror Online could not find his tweet on his X profile.

Sources are now claiming Garcia tweeted on March 6 that something bad would happen to him on June 8 and his mugshot with the tweet has been circulating online. Despite a lot of other outlets claiming Garcia predicted his downfall, there is no proof of the actual tweet. His X account shows he has been posting since March 30, 2024.

The tweet could have been created by a tweet generator while the news of his arrest surfaced, or if it was posted by Garcia then it was deleted before he began posting again on March 30. For now, there is no solid proof that the prediction is legitimate.
