Fulham all Set to Pay £30 Million for this Electric Arsenal Forward

Fulham aren’t usually one of the Premier League teams that are in a bidding war for high-earning players, as they have less funding and backing than some of the big clubs like Manchester City and Man United. However, they really want to purchase this talented and young Arsenal attacker who can bring a much-needed new dynamic to their club that didn’t end well in the EPL last season.

If Fulham want to compete with the top half of the Premier League table for the 2024-2025 campaign, they need better players. That is why they have their sights set on the young and upcoming Arsenal attacker to help bolster their ranks and bring speed, tenacity, and intensity to the pitch.

Fulham Could Sign Arsenal Attacker

One of Arsenal’s promising young attackers could be making a move to Fulham in order to get more game time, increase his confidence, and help out a new team in the Premier League. Eddie Nketiah is an Arsenal winger who didn’t get the time that he wanted this year. He is a talented attacker, but at only 25 years old, he still has a few years left that are in the prime of his career.

Despite playing 27 games for Arsenal over the last season, he wants to be in a club where he could potentially make more money, get even more time on the pitch, andi score more goals. He earned five goals for his club this year and added another three assists for his teammates during key games.

Nketiah has come up through the ranks of the North London club, first joining Arsenal in the youth system in 2015 and progressing to the senior team, making his first debut in 2017. Since then, he has made 116 appearances for the club. During his time at Arsenal FC, he has also played for Leeds United on loan to get more minutes and experience in senior football.

Nketiah is the number one target for Fulham going into the next season. Fulham are ready to spend more than $30 million to acquire Nketiah to join the club. Even if Arsenal FC do not sell this attacker to Fulham, they are open to discussing a  loan deal involving the player so that he can get more playing time and leave space for Sesko to come into the lineup.

Arsenal needs to bring in a new number nine to start scoring consistently. Nketiah didn’t score regularly for the Gunners in 27 appearances, but his luck could turn around if he finds a good fit at Fulham next year.

Fulham in the Premier League

Last season, Fulham ended up in 13th place in the Premier League, with a very close mid-table battle happening throughout the season. They could have easily made it into the top ten of the rankings if they earned three more points, edging out Crystal Palace, their South London rival. But, they also could have dropped below 15th if they lost two more games than Everton.

The Premier League table is tight – that is why Fulham needs youthful and tenacious attacks who can help them score goals. They only won thirteen games last year, so they will have to increase their number of 3-point victories if they hope to make it into the top half of the ladder in the next campaign.

If Nketiah comes to Fulham, he will have to battle with Rodrigo Muniz, Adama Traore, Raul Jimenez, and Willian for playing time. If he can work together with some of the midfielders, like Andreas Pereira, Palhinha, and Harry Wilson, then he could be a great fit for the young squad.
