Shaheen Afridi’s decision to refuse the position of vice captain shows there are a lot of interrelationships present within the Pakistan T20 team. With the team going into the 2024 World Cup without an officially designated vice captain of the team, PCB has been left with difficulties in controlling internal conflicts and strengthening team hierarchies.
