Mohsin Naqvi’s Navigating Interesting Relations between India and Pakistan In 2024

Mohsin Naqvi, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has articulated a willingness to consider the resumption of bilateral cricket. Naqvi conveyed that the PCB would entertain the prospect of engaging in cricket contests against India. “Regarding this matter, we shall entertain any propositions that arise, contingent upon our primary objective of hosting the Champions Trophy and awaiting India’s participation in the event,” Remarked Naqvi. “Presently, until the culmination of the CT, our schedule is tightly packed.” “Once India’s team graces our shores for the tournament. We shall then entertain any overtures that may be presented to us,” he further elaborated.

The annals of bilateral cricketing history between India and Pakistan underscore the intricacies and hurdles entailed in reinstating regular cricketing duels between these two cricketing powerhouses. The most recent bilateral limited-overs series between the two nations occurred during 2012–13. Pakistan embarked on a tour of India.
