Now you’re becoming a YouTuber because your fighting careers probably not going too well.” [H/T MMA Orbit]
As noted earlier, Sterling did mention Marlon Vera’s poor fight camp. However, another UFC prospect, Michael Bisping, gave an update on Vera’s fight camp, which was indeed positive. He personally talked with Chito Vera’s coach, who didn’t disappoint him. Along with Bisping, several other coaches and fighting personalities joined to weigh the rumors. Sterling has been wrapping himself up in a big fuss for spreading false rumors. Meanwhile, Aljamain Sterling stayed quiet following Vera’s UFC 299 media day dig.
Chito Vera states champion’s trash talk won’t help Sean O’Malley in the Octagon
Recently, Marlon Vera appeared at the UFC 299 media day to extend his thoughts on the upcoming fight. During his appearance, he stated Sean O’Malley won’t be getting further with trash talk, which is one of his tools. He aims to get rid of Malley inside the octagon, where his punches will speak out. Eventually, he called Sugar Malley a ‘weird guy’.
“I mean, he’s a weird guy dude. He likes weird s*** I generally try to stay away from it… I get it, one of his main tools is to get in people’s heads, but good luck with that. I mean, I’m going to f*** you up, and I’m prepared for Saturday night. So, he’s just trying to start things.”
