Kelvin Banks Jr. – OT, Texas
Banks is an athletic left tackle with elite pass protection skills. He dominates speed rushers and plays with great technique. His presence would instantly boost the Chicago Bears’ offensive line. While Braxton Jones has shown flashes of potential at left tackle, injuries and inconsistency have left questions about his long-term role. Drafting Banks would give the Bears a true anchor on the blind side and allow Jones to either shift to the right side or provide valuable depth up front.
Ashton Jeanty – RB, Boise State
Jeanty is explosive with great hands and open-field vision. He’s a three-down back who could be a key weapon in the Bears’ offense. Jeanty amassed 2,601 rushing yards on 374 carries, averaging seven yards per carry, and scored 29 touchdowns. The Bears currently enter 2025 with D’Andre Swift and Roschon Johnson. While both are serviceable, neither has locked down the RB1 spot. Jeanty’s explosiveness and versatility could give the Bears the playmaker they’ve been missing in the backfield.
Jalon Walker – LB, Georgia
Walker is a physical linebacker with excellent speed, instincts, and range. He brings versatility as both a run-stopper and a pass-rusher. The Chicago Bears struggled with missed tackles and coverage issues at the second level in 2024. Although Tremaine Edmunds remains a leader in the unit, the defense lacks another athletic, sideline-to-sideline presence. Walker would add explosiveness and give Chicago a chess piece it can use in multiple ways. He’s the type of modern linebacker who fits today’s fast-paced NFL.
Tyler Warren – TE, Penn State
Warren is a reliable tight end with strong hands and good size. He’s a proven red zone target who can also stretch the seam in the passing game. The Bears already have Cole Kmet, who has been a dependable option at tight end. However, new offensive coordinator Ben Johnson built his system in Detroit around two tight end sets. Adding a second versatile pass catcher like Warren would give Chicago more flexibility and help create mismatches against slower linebackers and safeties.
Tetairoa McMillan – WR, Arizona
McMillan is a tall, smooth route-runner who excels in contested catch situations. At 6’5”, he uses his frame and body control to win downfield and in the red zone. The Bears’ wide receiver room saw a boost in 2024 with the addition of Keenan Allen, but his contract expired after the season, leaving his future in Chicago uncertain. If Allen departs in free agency, the Bears will need a new boundary receiver to pair with DJ Moore and Rome Odunze. McMillan’s size, ball skills, and vertical ability make him a natural fit to step into that role and give Caleb Williams a reliable outside target.
